Once a month I meet some friends for coffee and breakfast. I worked with them for 15 years. You know how it is when you are with people every day for 15 years, they kind of become like family? Well, that's these people...
And I knew it was going to be a fun morning when I walked in and saw Susie eating and drinking THIS!
OMG! You are talking about a person that squeezes a lemon for the juice, puts it on a salad and calls it dressing! Notice the pastry is cut into five pieces? One for all of us. Sweet. And did I mention, it was her birthday? I have no idea how old she is....I just know that she's older than me!!!
thank you for all of your kind comments :) I am drooling over the food in the first picture right now :).Since we are across the world..."food" has taken on a whole new meaning! & i MISS ours :)
ReplyDeleteOh Cindy, I laughed with the whole fam damily part...my daughers' father used to say that all the time. Love that you have a family of friends to have fun with. I get with classmates once in awhile. it's fun. That roll.wow-wee. :):) smiles, Susie

Dear Cindy,
ReplyDeleteI was particularly pleased to see that they all chose 'respectable in public' body parts on which to place their little hearts...
cheers
