I am going to continue flying our flag this week while I post. For those of you that want to post pics of our flag on your blog, I gave permission yesterday that you can use any of these pics. This was Beth's request and I think it's a good one. Whether we agree or disagree, we are all American's and I would love for us to show a united front, regardless of our opinions. And here's the thing....if you want your opinion heard, go vote. Today's the day.

So, yesterday, I was sitting at the table, listening to the rain, perusing some of my favorite blogs when I saw my name on one of my fave blogs! WHAT?!?!! I won something? I couldn't believe it, but I got up this morning and checked again, and guess what? My name is still there!

I have been following Melissa Goodsell for two years now. I've watched James and Bella grow, I watched Rich make a wood fired oven, and a home for Bella's Blythe dolls, I've seen pics of their vacations. I've gotten recipes, craft ideas, sewing, knitting, crocheting ideas from Mel. One of my nieces checks on Bella's blog every time she comes over for a visit. Mel just seems to have it all together.

Right now she is having several give aways, but hurry, one ends today and one ends tomorrow. She is also offering some discounts at some etsy shops.
