Some odds and ends...

My week in review....
. 
Got my hairs cut... (first time it's been this short since the 1980.s
 Watched the sun rise...this is our view out of the room we are living in...
 Bought some pansies....Can you find the honeybee?  (hint: it's the shape of a honeybee)

 Found this blooming in our yard when I was looking for spring!
 Made some yummy potato soup.
 Went to Horton's in Tipton










 Look at this counter at Horton's.  They used a door for the front of it.

Found this Easter egg at our house in town, which means it's been there for at least two years!
Found some more spring...
My hair cut.  The back is shorter.  I love it...It was too heavy and long before and taking way too long to do anything with it.  This isn't the cut it was supposed to be, but it'll do.














It's hard to take pics of yourself!


I also bought some new shoes....I'll show 'em to ya later.

      Thanks...about the hair. I still love it. Spring is not near :-( Sad to say, wintry mix last night and ice everywhere this morning. I am so tired of it.

      YAY! I am so glad you are taking a class and learning how to be a proper beekeeper! Please keep us posted on all progress. I have found in beekeeping that it is always a Learning experience. Mother Nature changes constantly.

      I agree with you. We are so ready to see green grass and leaves on trees and flowers blooming. This winter has gone on way too long.

      Hi Susie,

      Do not get the perm. You do not want your hair sticking straight up!!! I've been perming for a couple of years and I think my hair was just too long to hold the curl. I could actually let it be wavy right now, as she cut the weight off of it and I still have perm last from December. I just like it "sleeker" right now.

    Isn't it funny? I have long hair too and every year or two I decide to take some of the weight off and maybe frame the face a bit. I'm always so glad I did. Why then do I wait to do it agai.... I'm off to cut my hair!

      You wait...because it is no fun to make appointments, keep appointments, get the hair cut, mess with the new do, when long hair is so easy. Mind just got to be too much work. It was looking more frumpy than fun. I like it shorter right now.

      Hi Julee,

      Our family is a bunch of blondes. Everytime someone has a baby in the family my friend always says....looks like the rest of you. You all look alike. She's talking mostly about the hair. It was weird though because it looked blonder after she cut it and my sister said that happens to her hair too. I've noticed my hair has changed a lot in the last few years. I'm sure it has nothing to do with my age....and all of the other stuff that goes along with my age. Blah.
