And the winner is....

Hi everyone!  I wanted to thank those of you who entered the drawing for the candy corn dish cloth.  If I had the time, I would make one for all of you.
My niece spent the night Monday night, and we crafted all day Tuesday.
Meet Autumn (I liked CC and Brach for the name, she liked Autumn.  My nieces always win.
Hence, a boy dog named Dixie)

And as you can see, I got the bunting finished!
She decided she wanted an Autumn of her own.  I told her I wasn't going to sew it for her, so I showed her how to sew on buttons, and whip stitch.
Sorry, we used up all the dishcloths!
 Just kidding!
This picture makes me laugh!  She said her dishcloth (which she named Penny! Go figure!) looks scary.  I told her I loved it and to never listen to anyone who talks negative about the way something looks that you made.  Art is different for everyone.  I think Penny looks adorable!
So we let Autumn pick a name....
and Congratulations susie K you are the winner!!!
e-mail me your address at hilltopbeelady@aol.com
I'm joining the yarn along again, with Small Things blog.  Stop by her blog and check out all of the wonderful yarny creations.
I also finished this scarf.  I showed it to you last week.  It was something a friend started and didn't want to finish.  I was thinking how funny that is...not in a ha ha way....that I was finishing something for someone else, when I have so many unfinished projects!

  1. Cindy, I love that you are passing your great skills along to your nieces. I like her little corn character. Did you get some snow this morning? Brrr...not ready for the long winter. xoxo, Susie
p.s. Wish that was Susie S. LOL

  2. Well done susie K!
I think Autumn looks quite prim and proper...a real lady/corn dishcloth kinda gal.
