Garden shopping

A week ago today my Sister asked Mom and I to come over and go shopping.  Well, her and Mom and Taylor (her daughter) were getting their nails done. They don't even ask me to get manis/pedis anymore.  They take me somewhere to shop while they go about their torture! (teehee)  So, I thought it would be a perfect time for me to use these gift cards that I won.  Remember Diva night!

And after looking around, I decided I was going to "Garden" shop.
I want to put her at the bottom of a tree....
And this is already in my little flower garden.

This flower is made out of silverware ends...welded together, then painted.  I put it in a pot in hopes to encourage some seeds I've planted!   I love shopping in Noblesville (except that you can only park in the same spot for two hours or you'll get a ticket, which is stupid)  They have a lot of very cute stores.

We then headed for a local mall (where you don't have to worry about parking) so my niece could get a couple of summer outfits.  She did NOT get these shorts...she didn't even ask for them.  It took me a minute to realize that they made them look like they had paint spatters on them!

I'm thinking two things....
One - Why would anyone want clothes with paint splatters on them?  I have tons and I don't care for them! And two - if my kid wanted clothes with paint splatters on them, then he/she would have to paint!

  1. Cindy, So funny about those shorts.:):) I love the little fairy door. That is too cute. I have heard too many nail fungus stories to ever do those...I can make my own look decent when I have too. LOL. xoxo,Susie

  3. It's like ripped jeans.. have them but I don't want to parade them in town. Famous people seem to get away with it,but I'd just look like a bum!

PS I'd rather poke my eyes out than have a manicure.
