Coral Belle's new floor!

Yesterday, my friend, Teresa, and her husband, Jim, came over to help out with Coral Belle's floor situation!  We were very concerned to see what might be lurking under this piece of plywood.  Jim unscrewed it and pulled it up, and really....not too bad.  I mean, compared to the rest of the floor.  I was expecting it to be hiding a big hole!

The stick down tiles on the floor were crumbling.

We didn't bother peeling them up.   We just swept the floor
picked up the chunks of flooring that did come up,

and started laying new floor.  Jim did the measuring and cutting.  Teresa and I did some cleaning,
a little bit of unscrewing, a lot of getting this and that!
I admit there was a moment I got very excited!!!  OMG!

CHECK OUT THIS BEAUTIFUL FLOOR!  I can't thank Jim and Teresa enough!  THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF CORAL BELLE's OLD YUCKY FLOOR, and my heart too!
Oh yes, did I mention, the Queen stopped by for a visit!  She stayed long enough to eat a sandwich, exclaim how we look a tad sweaty/dirty, and was on her merry way!
