And just a handful of us made them. We would wear them in cheerblock, but since we didn't conform to the cheerblock uniform, we had to sit in the back! My Mom's era though, they all had them. Now, to answer some questions...I did not paint those. A friend of mine did and we are still friends today. He's actually a high school buddy of my husbands. Hi Kate! Nice to see you again, it's been awhile. I still have them because they always get stored in the back of a closet and get brought out whenever I move. Sigh...if only I were still that small! Brenda, I remember streakers too!!! Ha ha ha I forgot about them though! Susie, I'd be afraid to think what they'd put on them, but I imagine they'd be hanging off of their butt and they'd be pulling them up every time they took a step. Scary! Have a good day everyone.

Cindy BeeBee Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818958787610823509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4758419071318872390.post-52284912826132542742012-11-09T11:54:25.862-08:002012-11-09T11:54:25.862-08:00Cindy, Could you imagine what kids would put on th...Cindy, Could you imagine what kids would put on their cords these days???
